BIC Poland has changed their SFA system for eLeader Mobile Visit
In order to ensure availability of the well known BIC products such as pens, lighters and razors in so many points of sale and to keep the consumer liking for the brand growing, BIC sales force must meet their daily targets in the field. eLeader has been given an opportunity to support BIC sales representativces by offering an efficient, easy-to-use and flexible SFA application: eLeader Mobile Visit.
Work with SFA / FFM / RSE systems has been a standard for BIC for many years. However, in order to compete successfully on the market and develop business processes as desired, it is necessary to choose such IT solutions that will conform to the manager’s concept and not the other way round.
Managers of BIC Poland sought a system that would more efficiently service standard and non-standard activities (besides routine visits, orders at fairs, visits to distributors), also those in the CRM and HR areas. The latter area covers, among other things, processing applications for leaves with direct transfer of information to the human resources department and managing visits during absences. In order to manage various groups of users with a different set of competences and different visit scenarios, BIC Poland needed a solution that could be easily managed from the level of the central application.
Working with the application turned out to be advantageous to sales representatives – the reception is positive, the application is working efficiently both on tablets and smartphones. Contact with the help desk has also been evaluated very positively.

The properly designed logic of the mobile application and its user-friendly – internationally acclaimed – interface (e.g. the latest POI report [link]) contribute to the fact that BIC sales representatives more effectively fulfill their duties related to orders, exhibition materials, shelf-and-price monitoring, or local and central promotions.
The anticipated benefit was gaining the ability to concentrate on the quality of tasks performed in the field and analysis of delivered data, without paying too much attention to the technical and configurational aspects of the system.
