eLeader listed as a Representative Vendor by Gartner for its Mobile Visit solution
Gartner issued its “Market Guide for Retail Execution and Monitoring Solutions for the Consumer Goods Industry”. The most recent edition provides an analysis of the market and trends as well as a number of recommendations and evaluates 24 vendors intended to provide more understanding of the market and its offerings.
According to report: Success as it relates to retail sales execution is about focus, consistency and transparency. Focus ensures that sales teams are working on the right problems. Consistency ensures that key lessons are reflected on. And transparency means the entire organization can leverage the data generated to make better decisions and enable the growth of the business. Achieving these goals requires that the solution be an integral part of the sales process.
As Gartner says in the report, this research was built based on insight garnered from Gartner’s inquiries with end users and a survey conducted in August 2017 with the relevant vendors.
While the globality is one of the most important company’s goals, we recognize third position in the regional-global spectrum of the report as a solid confirmation of eLeader Mobile Visit’s global footprint.
In eLeader, we are devoted to extending the limits of flexibility and ability to cover all business areas in retail strategy execution to their maximum. It is because of how market looks today – it’s conditions change dynamically as the customers’ needs. In the report our solution meets various business, technological and functional Gartner’s criteria so we’re happy as we check 34 out of 37 boxes, which, summarized, places eLeader Mobile Visit second in the study – says Paweł Gołubiak, Head of workforce solutions at eLeader.
How valuable is the report for companies?
We believe presence on all continents and the gained experience should be especially of interest to those companies which seek global solutions which at the same time can be tailored to meet the requirements of local markets. We have already written on the subject in the document describing the implementation at Lenovo. Analytics favour systems which provide more advanced functionalities. Among the aspects particularly valuable for REM solutions, it is worth noting how the system supports merchandising and optimizes operations.
We believe the guide is useful for managers looking for a sales support system designed to satisfy particular business needs.
